Shipping and return policies for Sdban Records

Shipping Info

Dates for shipping can get delayed due to unforseen issues in the production process.
Please also note that Bandcamp’s suggested delivery dates do not reflect those of Sdban Records.

We will use tracked shipping for vinyl only or when your shipment weighs more then 350gr.
A single compact disc is sent with regular mail.

Orders are shipped within 2 working days.

If your order contains a pre-order, your order will be shipped 2 days before releasedate of the pre-order with the latest date.
If you wish to receive the other items sooner, please make 2 separate orders.

Issues with your shipment (wrong address, delivered yet not received, etc)
should be brought to our attention within 3 working days of the last date/status of the tracking.
If not, we are unable to start a complaint with our postal service and therefor can not garantuee you a positive result.
Complaints about your order in general should be made within a 60days span.

Return Policy

Please contact us to set up the return.
If the item we sent to you is defective or is not what you ordered, we will send you a shipping label for the return.
We will issue a full refund for the items to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase as soon as the item is delivered back to us.

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or just changed your mind about the purchase, and if the product is still unopened, we will refund the purchase price for the returned item only, not the shipping fee.
You will need to arrange to ship the item back to us within the 30 day return window.
A refund will be issued when the item has been delivered back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
